I am flexible with session times as I know life can be busy. Generally, sessions can be anywhere from 15 minutes to 90 minutes. Gift vouchers are available. Click the button below to find out more.

USUI REIKI HEALING
I have been attuned to Usui Reiki (this is an energetic process that opens up my energy field so I can give reiki healing), so I act as a channel for the energy by placing my hands on your body. The energy flows where it is most needed, helping to clear blockages, restore balance and promote relaxation.

A Reiki chakra healing session combines reiki with a focus on balancing your chakras - the main energy center in our body. When the chakras are open and aligned, energy flows freely, and you feel more balanced emotionally, physically and spiritually. I perform Reiki and then align the chakras from the Root to Crown
