My Offerings
I am flexible with session times as I know life can be busy. Generally, sessions can be anywhere from 15 minutes to 90 minutes. Gift cards and package options are available, and I lovingly encourage a second or third Reiki session to fully experience all that a Reiki has to offer.

Usui Reiki Healing
I have been attuned (this is an energetic process that opens up my energy field so I can give reiki healing) to Usui Reiki, so I act as a channel for the energy by placing my hands on your body. The energy flows where it is most needed, helping to clear blockages, restore balance and promote relaxation.
