As a Registered Nurse of 34 years, I have a deep respect for conventional healthcare.
I am also incredibly passionate about the supportive role energy healing can play in overall wellbeing.
Usui Reiki and Access Bars® offer a complementary layer of care that works beautifully alongside your Specialist, GP, Physiotherapist, or other healthcare providers. These modalities are not a replacement for medical treatment, diagnosis, or professional advice.
I understand that life can be busy, so I offer flexible session times. Sessions can range from shorter supportive treatments of around 15 minutes through to longer restorative sessions of up to 90 minutes.
I always encourage open communication with your healthcare team about every aspect of your wellbeing, including energy healing. The most supportive healing journeys often happen when practitioners work together.
