I am a Registered Nurse of 34 years, and I absolutely believe in the value of conventional healthcare, but I am also incredibly passionate about energy healing.
What Usui Reiki offers is a complementary layer of healing—one that works beautifully alongside your Specialist, GP, Physiotherapist or any other healthcare providers.
Reiki is not a replacement for medical treatment, diagnosis, or advice.
I am flexible with session times as I know life can be busy. Generally, sessions can be anywhere from 15 minutes to 90 minutes.
I lovingly encourage a second or third Reiki session to fully experience all that a Reiki has to offer.
While many of my clients continue their medical treatment and incorporate regular Reiki sessions:
Their pain levels decrease/stay manageable
Their nervous system calms, making other treatments more effective
They feel more emotionally resourced to handle their health journey
Physical symptoms improve as emotional and energetic blocks are released
I encourage open communication with your healthcare team about all aspects of your care, including energy healing. Good practitioners support each other in your healing journey.

USUI REIKI HEALING
I have been attuned to Usui Reiki (this is an energetic process that opens up my energy field so I can give Reiki healing). I act as a channel for the energy by placing my hands on your body. The energy flows through me and goes where it is most needed, helping to clear blockages, restore balance and promote relaxation. During a distant healing session, I use a proxy (a photo or picture of you or I use an item such as a pillow) to send the healing to you.
Distant healing is the most popular session clients book in for as it suits their busy lives and reduces the need to be somewhere else after work, on the weekends or on your day off. This being said, many clients still love the connection with me so they will make the space for themselves to book an in-person session.
Distant energy healing is sent and received just as effectively and as easily as an in-person session.

A Reiki chakra healing session combines reiki with a focus on balancing your chakras - the main energy center in our body. When the chakras are open and aligned, energy flows freely, and you feel more balanced emotionally, physically and spiritually. I perform Reiki and then align the chakras from the Root to Crown
