Access Bars® - A Gentle Reset for the Mind
Access Bars®
Access Bars® is a gentle, hands-on therapy involving the light touch of 32 points on the head. Each point relates to different areas of life such as thoughts, beliefs, emotions, communication, creativity, control, money, joy, and more.
Your Session
Your session begins with a short, relaxed conversation about what’s going on for you and where you’d like support.
There’s no pressure to share deeply you’re welcome to simply arrive as you are. You’ll then lie comfortably on a treatment table, fully clothed, with blankets and pillows to help you feel warm and supported. From here, I gently hold the 32 Access Bars® points on your head. These points store the energetic charge of thoughts, patterns, emotions, and beliefs gathered over time. As they are lightly held, the brain begins to release this charge like clearing mental clutter or gently deleting what is no longer needed.
The Experience
Access Bars® sessions are deeply relaxing. Some people drift into sleep. Others feel a sense of calm, lightness, or spaciousness in the mind. At the very least, it feels like a soothing, restorative head massage. At best, it can create space for new perspectives, greater ease, and gentle shifts in your life.
What to Expect
• Sessions are calm, quiet, and deeply restorative
• Many people enter a meditative state or fall asleep
• Sessions typically last around 60–75 minutes
• You may leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply rested
I trained as a certified Access Bars® Facilitator in 2016 and continue to integrate this work alongside Reiki to support each person in a way that feels natural and aligned.
