Access Bars® - A Gentle Reset for the Mind

Access Bars® is a gentle hands-on therapy that involves lightly touching 32 specific points on the head. Each point corresponds to different areas of life such as money, creativity, body, control, communication, aging, sexuality, joy, sadness and more.

Your session begins with a short conversation where we talk about what is going on for you and what you would like support with. There is no pressure to share deeply — simply arrive as you are.

You will then lie comfortably on a treatment table, fully clothed, with blankets and pillows available so you feel warm and relaxed.

I will then gently touch the 32 specific points on your head, known as the Access Bars.

These points store the electromagnetic charge of stories, thoughts, beliefs, emotions, patterns and points of view that you have accumulated over this life or over many lives.

As the Bars are lightly held, the brain begins to release the charge behind these stored patterns. Many people describe it as clearing mental clutter — similar to deleting files on a computer that are no longer needed.

Sessions are deeply relaxing. Some people drift into sleep, others feel waves of calm, lightness or spaciousness in the mind.

At the very least, an Access Bars® session feels like a deeply relaxing head massage. At best, it can create space for new perspectives, greater ease, and meaningful change in your life.

What to Expect in an Access Bars® Session:

When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a calm and nurturing space designed to help your body relax.

During the session:
• Many clients drift into a meditative state or fall asleep
• Sessions typically last around 60–75 minutes

After the session, clients often report feeling lighter, calmer, clearer, or deeply rested.
