With 34 years of nursing experience, I honour both the science of the body and the wisdom of the energetic system. Here, I offer Usui Reiki, Access Bars®, and supportive healing tools to help you return to a sense of ease.
Whether receiving Reiki in person or receiving from a distance, this space is open to you, wherever you are on your journey.
