Breathe Reiki Room was created as a quiet place to rest, reconnect, and gently shift what feels heavy.

With 34 years of nursing experience, I honour both the science of the body and the wisdom of the energetic system. Here, I offer Usui Reiki, Access Bars®, and supportive healing tools to help you soften, release, and return to a sense of ease.

Whether you’re visiting in person in Ohāupo, Waikato or receiving Reiki from a distance, this space is open to you, wherever you are on your journey.

Many arrive feeling tired, overwhelmed, or aware that something within needs care. You might be holding stress, living with ongoing tension, searching for meaning, or simply needing a moment to take stock. Sometimes the body holds onto pain or fatigue, and sometimes, you’re the one who cares for everyone else and it’s time to receive, or perhaps you’re simply curious… and quietly wondering if Reiki might help you feel more like yourself again.
