Usui Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy healing practice that supports balance within the mind, body, and nervous system. It works by helping the body shift out of stress and survival mode, creating space for relaxation, release, and restoration. Each session is guided by what your body needs in the moment, supporting a sense of return to balance.
Your Session
We begin with a short, relaxed conversation about what’s been happening for you and where you’d like support.
There is no pressure to share deeply, you’re welcome to simply arrive as you are. You’ll then lie comfortably on a treatment table, fully clothed, with blankets and pillows to help you feel warm and supported. During the session, Reiki energy flows gently through light, respectful touch. There’s nothing you need to do, no talking, no effort, no expectation. Your body leads the process.
The Experience
Sessions are calm, unhurried, and guided by your comfort at all times. Many people experience deep relaxation, warmth, or a gentle emotional release. Others simply notice their body softening or their mind becoming quieter. Every experience is different and all responses are welcome.
Types of Reiki Sessions
Usui Reiki
A gentle, hands-on session where energy flows naturally to where your body needs support often bringing deep relaxation and nervous system calm.
Reiki Chakra Healing
A more focused Reiki session working with the body’s main energy centres. Moving from Root to Crown, this session supports alignment, energetic flow, and a deeper sense of balance, especially helpful if you’re feeling blocked, overwhelmed, or seeking clarity.
Reiki Introduction Session
A soft, supportive introduction for those new to Reiki, a chance to experience the energy gently and without expectation.
