Based in Ōhaupō in the heart of the Waikato, I'm a Registered Nurse, Reiki Master/Teacher, and Access Bars Facilitator bringing together medical knowledge and energy work. I believe true healing happens with both are merged. My sessions are intuitively guided and work safely with your current healthcare. Whether you live with chronic pain, women's health issues, stress, trauma or just feeling weighed down, Reiki and Access Bars can provide you with extra support. These gentle approaches reach emotional and energetic layers that physical care may miss.
